Join Us: Atlanta WGU Gives Back Opportunity
While we celebrate our newest Night Owls in Atlanta, we’re also inviting graduates to join a special WGU Gives Back opportunity with the WGU Advancement team! As part of commencement weekend, participants will help assemble school supply backpacks and write notes of encouragement for an Atlanta youth mentorship program, Operation Level Up Leadership, created by a WGU alumna.

It wasn’t until 1863 that President Abraham Lincoln proclaimed it a national holiday. Today, it’s celebrated as one of America’s most cherished traditions of gratitude and togetherness.

Daylight Saving Time Ends (11/2)—Oh, that's why it's getting dark so early now. - Beaver Moon (11/5)—November's full moon is named after the beaver, due to the practice of setting beaver traps before winter.
Veterans Day (11/11)—Honoring all who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces. Thank you for your service. World Kindness Day (11/13)—A perfect reminder to spread positivity wherever you go. - National Pickle Day (11/14)—Because pickles are delicious!
